For more than twenty years, Erika Alvarez Hinojosa has dedicated her life and career to caring for others. She has been married for twenty five years to her husband, Jhonatan, and together they have raised three children, two in college and one in middle school.

What began as a way to support her family evolved into a deeper calling. After many years working in the cleaning industry, Erika decided to start her own company, guided by honesty and the belief that every home deserves careful attention and care. Eight years later, she continues to lead the company with the same commitment, providing clients with the type of service she would want for her own family.

Erika is deeply involved in building her team. She personally interviews and selects every employee, ensuring that each person shares the values of the company and can be trusted in the homes and offices of clients. For Erika, cleaning is more than appearance; it is about giving families and businesses peace of mind, knowing their spaces have been treated with respect and care.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, attending church on Sundays, and experimenting with new recipes at home. She believes that the love and attention present in a home should also be reflected in the way it is cared for.
